How is the monthly agenda from the handbook working? (Patty)
- Are the ideas/topics helpful to mentors?
  - I would love to edit it at our meeting on Friday and add other topics that people have added.
- Is everyone meeting regularly each month with first years?

- I found this site with a great list of comments for elementary report cards . ~ Amanda WT
October 16th Mentor Meeting Comments:
- Ideas - Take "pictures in action" of mentees in their classes and maybe create a slide show at the end of the year - cute

Thoughts for Next Year 2010 - 2011

Have Mike hit professionalism hard early on!
Add PST and the process - add to calendar of agenda topics for September
Can we change the mentor meeting dates so that they are more in line with formal admin observations?
- We want to get in prior to admin - especially for first year staff?
- Feel Free to take time to observe when it works best for you and mentees
- If you need an extra 1/2 day for observations - check with admin and take it!
